Why can’t I get delivery on certain items?

• Due to courier restrictions some of our products are currently unavailable for nationwide delivery. These products are marked for collection/local delivery only throughout the website.
• We have only mainland UK delivery options on our website

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. That said, for an addition fee delivery may still be available including those outside mainland UK. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, should you require a quote.Again for any other delivery options that are not specified at the checkout which you would prefer, please get in contact and we will try our best to help.

Although we can’t always guarantee it, we aim to dispatch all orders made between Monday and Friday, before 2pm, on the same day. Orders made after this time, on Bank Holidays or at the weekend will be processed the next available working day. We will always ensure to pick the best service for your order.

Deliveries are made on working days (Monday – Friday exc. Bank Holidays). Weekends are not included in any delivery time frames.

Should you not be available at time of delivery your parcel may be left with a neighbour, redirected to your local post office, or left on your premises in a ‘safe place’ as per the terms written by the delivering courier company.

Click & Collect

Our free click and collect service is available for anyone and any order size please simply choose the ‘pick up’ option at checkout and we will email you as soon as your order has been picked and is ready for collection. For orders made before midday Monday to Saturday we aim for a three hour turnaround. Orders made after this time or on a Sunday will be processed the next working day. Please see our opening hours page for up to date information.

Local Delivery

Our local delivery service is free for all orders over £75 within the following eligible postcodes;

CA16

CA10 3

For all order less than £75 there is a local delivery charge of £4.99.

Local deliveries are usually made at the end of the week on a Friday.

Deliveries in Appleby town centre are FOC but this free delivery charge can only be redeemed in store or over the phone, as web orders cannot distinguish town centre customers.
