The highly durable non-rust ceramic grinding mechanism is also adjustable, so you can change the grinding levels from coarse to fine dependent on the food you are seasoning. There is also an integral light to show how much seasoning is being applied and a brushed stainless steel casing and transparent window section for checking the fill level.
