Husqvarna Automower 410XE NERA is a robotic lawn mower for lawns up to 1000m sq. It comes with an EdgeCut function that minimises the need to trim the edges of your lawn, saving time and effort.The 410XE NERA offers the option to choose installation with physical boundaries or wire-free installation with Husqvarna EPOS. EPOS lets you experience complete flexibility with virtual boundaries, enabled through satellite-based technology with 2-3 cm accuracy. This also means there is no risk of wire breakage. Thanks to the integrated Zone Control feature, you can tailor the lawn to your needs and create several work areas with different settings via the Automower Connect app. Just as easily, temporary stay-out zones can be created to preserve seasonal wildflowers or garden project areas.

The mower detects and avoids objects, which provides precise cutting and reduces the risk of impact and unplanned stops. With the Automower Connect app, you can monitor your mower from anywhere in the world and integrate it with your smart home. The main features of this mower are:

• Minimised trimming with EdgeCut – The need to trim the edges of your lawn is minimised, saving time and effort. This is made possible by a dedicated rear EdgeCut disc that can cut so close to the edges that only a minimum of grass is left uncut.
• Wire free installation available – Customisable lawn maintenance thanks to wire free installation with virtual boundaries is available with an EPOS Plug-in accessory. The virtual boundaries are easy to adjust in the Husqvarna Automower Connect app, and you can create stay-out zones and multiple work areas with different settings.
• Object Detection & Avoidance – Built-in sensors assist the mower to detect and avoid objects, reducing the risk of unplanned stops. The detections mode reduces the speed and makes collisions softer and the avoidance mode causes the mower to turn away and avoid impact.
• Automower Zone Control – Create both work areas and temporary stay-out zones in the Automower Connect app, without changing the installation. Giving you more control to define different work areas of your lawn and apply different schedules and cutting heights to each. • Electric height adjustment – PATENTED – Electric cutting height adjustment makes it convenient to set the desired height via the Husqvarna Automower Connect app. The setting is also accessible from the mower’s main menu.
• GPS-assisted navigation – PATENTED – An onboard GPS system creates a map of the garden, including where the boundary and guide wires are installed. This feature is available on the following models: 405X, 415X, 430X NERA, 435X AWD and 450X NERA and users will be notified about the update via the Automower Connect app. 430X NERA and 450X NERA need a boundary wire installation to use Rewilding Mode.
• Automatic passage handling – PATENTED – The mower automatically senses narrow passages and finds its way even through the smallest passages. It will vary its route through the passage to avoid unpleasant tracks.
• Weather Timer – Adjusts the working time to the lawn’s growth rate, meaning that Husqvarna Automower will maximise its mowing time during periods of strong grass growth. In sunny or dry weather, or late in the season, the mower will spend less time mowing, which decreases wear on lawn and mower.
• Target height for improved lawn quality – For improved lawn quality, TargetHeight lowers the cutting height automatically from MAX to defined height over a 10 days period.
• Spiral Cutting – Automatic cutting functionality to even out grass height differences. Cutting disc sensors detect whether the mower enters an area with higher grass and switches cutting technology to systematic spiral pattern.
• Profiles – Create several profiles with tailored schedules and settings for different locations or seasons. This makes it easier to share the mower between numerous locations and to adjust the mowing based on weather and grass growth.
• Easy Cleaning – Easily wash the exterior and underneath of the robotic mower with a garden hose. Removable top cover and body for easy cleaning and reachability everywhere.
• Secondary Area – If your lawn has two areas that are not connected with a passage for your mower, for example the front and back lawn, then you are able to create a secondary area in your installation. Once installed, you need to manually move the mower between these two areas, and the mower will mow for a selected time or until the battery is empty.
• Low Carbon Emissions – By choosing this product, you can feel confident that it produces lower carbon emissions during active use compared to a traditional petrol product. This battery-driven product does not emit any CO2 during use while still providing the power and quality that you expect from a Husqvarna product. However, it’s important to note that CO2 emissions are generated during other stages of the products lifecycle, such as production, charging and end-of-life disposal.
• Systematic Passage Mowing – The lawn mower can be set to automatically switch mowing pattern from random mode to systematic mode in narrow passages. This reduces the number of turns and bumps that usually occur in narrow passages, thus minimising the risk of wheel tracks and wear on the lawn.
