Our Vicon Machinery Range

Vicon has grown in leaps and bounds from small beginnings to a major world player, that now sits under the Kubota umbrella.

That said, what Pigneys find refreshing is that although it’s the bigger machines that catch the limelight and tend to attract publicity. Vicon hasn’t taken its eye off the ball and still manufactures handy sized machinery for the smaller livestock farmer. In fact we can still find homes for a wagtail fertiliser spreader – our dales man hill farmer doesn’t need anything larger than a 7 or 8 foot disc mower. And the pattern continues with mower conditioners, tedders and rakes.

However don’t think that’s all Vicon can offer, when it comes to producing the larger machinery, their investment into development is really rather impressive. For the big boys out there, Vicon produce an industry leading “non stop“ Fastbale round baler and for the customer who needs to cover large areas of crops the famous “Ixdrive” self propelled sprayer is available with a 6000 litre tank, with booms up to 40 metres wide – Handy for getting on!
